Rough night in El Paso

(Friday's action between PC and EPG as seen from the broadcast booth)

It was a tough night for Prairie Central on the road Friday as the Hawks fell to the Titans of El Paso-Gridley, 62-42 at the Titan Center in front of a packed house.

Leading PC scorers included Levi Goad with 15, Tyler Curl with 7 and Gage Steidinger with 6. Others who scored were Avery Elder with 5, Talen Steidinger with 4, Gavin Tredennick with 3 and Cody Steidinger with 2.

Meiss led the way for EPG with 23 points followed by Funk’s 16. Funk also had 9 blocks in the game.

Prairie Central now prepares for a quick turnaround as they return home to Fairbury Saturday afternoon when Bismark-Henning (BHRA) comes to town for a 3:30 p.m. varsity tip. We will once again have the action on Fairbury News.
