That’s a wrap for the regular season of the PC boys basketball team.
The Hawks ended alone in second for the Illini Prairie Conference and have a 23-7 record heading into the postseason after defeating Olympia Tuesday evening 73-41. Leading scorers against the Spartans were Dylan Bazzell with 20, Andy Krenz with 10, Camden Palmore with 9, Drew Haberkorn 8, Levi Goad 7 and Tyler Curl with 6.
Now it is on to regionals in Gibson City next Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. against the winner of Saturday’s game between Iroquois West and GCMS. The Hawks are a four seed.
