Prairie Central’s baseball team had a tough 7-6 loss to Pontiac Thursday afternoon in 10 innings.
In the game played at Pontiac, Caden Addis pitched well for 6.1 innings and Brandon Holland pitched the remainder of the game.
“The boys battled well the whole day but we let the lead slip away in the bottom of the seventh and the game in the bottom of the tenth,” said PC baseball coach Gaige Rinkenberger.
Rinkenberger feels his team hit well overall but just did not do enough in the end.
