The Prairie Central varsity boys basketball team lost to Normal Community High School 62-44 over the weekend.
“I believe this was the first time Prairie Central has ever played NCHS in basketball,” said head coach Darin Bazzell. “It was a great experience for our young guys.”
In a short turnaround time following a game the night before and several games the same week, sophomore Dylan Bazzell led the Hawks in scoring with 16 points, hitting 4 three pointers. Logan Goad had 8 and sophomore Camden Palmore had 6.
