Taco dinner fundraiser is Fri.

(Megan Lackaff, Abram Cutrell & Josie Harms talk PC music on the Fairbury News show)

Come early and come hungry to Friday night’s home basketball game at Prairie Central High School as the PC Music Boosters will serve a “Create-Your-Own Taco Dinner” from 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.

The cost of the meal is $10 per person and carry-outs will be available. Children three and under eat free with a paid adult. This is one of two major fundraiser meals the Music Boosters hold each year.

By supporting the fundraiser, you are supporting the various music programs. The Music Boosters actively help the district’s music department by organizing events, raising money to purchase large equipment and helping pay for supplies for classes, music field trips, summer camp scholarships and other activities.

Friday is senior night for PC boys basketball as the Hawks play PBL with the JV game at 5:30 followed by the varsity game at 7. Senior recognition is planned between the two games.
