Independent Order Of Odd Fellows Livingston Lodge 290 and Rebekah Charity Home Lodge 112, both of Fairbury, set up shop in the parking lot of Family Dollar for the town’s biggest weekend of the year.
The groups sold pulled pork sandwiches, baked goods and refreshments during Prairie Dirt Classic weekend. The town was full of race fans and locals milling about and the sandwiches and baked goodies were a big hit.
