PC grads win HCE scholarships

Two Prairie Central graduates received HCE scholarships at the Livingston County Fair this week.

Carene Campbell of Fairbury is a 2021 PCHS graduate and will be a senior at Illinois State University majoring in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders. Her parents are Shawn and George Campbell.

Kari Leman of Forrest graduated from PC as Valedictorian of her class. She is majoring in Nursing with a minor in Spanish at Illinois State University. Her parents are Phillip and Charlotte Leman.

Also on Wednesday night, Livingston County Fair Board scholarships were presented to Emma Donze, Brianna Hilleary and Emerson Weber. Anyone in their graduating year of high school and in 4-H can apply for the scholarship.
