The annual Prairie Central FFA Hog Roast and Auction is set for this Thursday, March 16 at the high school in Fairbury.
A meal will be served from 4 to 6:30 p.m. with the live auction starting at 6:30. This year, two John Deere Model A tractors are waiting for their future home. One is the raffle tractor and the other will be sold as a part of the live auction on Thursday. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the auction up until the drawing.
Fairbury News will be live at the PCHS gym ahead of the auction talking to FFA members and advisers for a chapter update. We will not have a show at Emancipation Brewing Company this week as “Newsmakers” will be on the road to the high school.
