Join Fairbury News for a live broadcast of the 2019 Fairbury Christmas Parade this Saturday (Dec. 7) at 11:30 a.m. on the Fairbury News Facebook page.
Kent Casson and Lillian Rathbun will be live from the second floor of the Old City Hall looking over Locust Street, hosting the broadcast and interviewing a few folks along the way. The action will also be aired live on local radio station WGCY 106.3 FM in Gibson City. Several other events are planned in Fairbury in addition to the parade, including the pancake breakfast at the Methodist Church from 7-1, IOOF luncheon from 10:30-1, VFW Auxiliary Breakfast from 7-11, Relay for Life Bazaar at the Baptist Church with vendors from 9-2, PC Madrigal performance at Dominy 12:30-1 and the VFW Auxiliary ham and bean dinner starting at 3:30 p.m.
