Gene spent a life time of fixing things. He was a mechanic working on diesel trucks and agriculture equipment for much of his life. He also spent 10 years of his life doing his true passion of crop farming. He loved working in the soil, planting, and growing things.  He spent his retirement years working in his 3 acre country home and garden of 32 years and helping area farmers when they needed an extra hand planting, making hay and harvesting crops.

Old “Gene-O” was a friend to all and a enemy to none. He loved his family! In his game of life, he gave all he had to his family and left it all on the field.
