Foundation to dollar match

Fairbury-based Prairie Lands Foundation has announced a dollar for dollar match of up to $1,000 in new donations made to the Chenoa Space Age Pioneers 4-H Club toward their goal of reaching $5,000 for tree planting in Chenoa park areas.

To participate in the matching donation project, donations can be directed to Venmo Fund @Rachel-Kridner, PayPal:, or prepare a check made out to Space Age Pioneers and mail it to Rachel Kridner at 320 Weir Street, Chenoa, IL 61726. Anyone with questions can e-mail or call 309-531-6682.

Prairie Lands Foundation is a non-profit focusing on the tri-county area of McLean, Livingston and Ford counties. The corporation was organized to provide a tax-exempt structure for charitable giving for community projects and developing educational programs, public spaces and the conservation, preservation and beautification of urban and rural areas.
