A two-vehicle crash Sunday evening just west of Forrest resulted in injuries.
State Police report one of the vehicles involved was traveling west on U.S. 24 when the driver attempted a u-turn and was unable to get the vehicle in reverse while it was sitting in the eastbound lane facing south. The other vehicle was unable to avoid striking it, according to police.
The driver and passenger in the first vehicle and the driver of the other were all transported to a local hospital with injuries and police say no further information is available.
Sunday’s accident occurred shortly after 8:30 p.m.
