Employee evaluations were discussed by the Fairbury City Council’s Finance Committee last week.
The annual city employee review will be voted on at the next regular council meeting this Wednesday night along with merit raises.
“We did recommend raises based on performance reviews,” explained Fairbury Mayor David Slagel.
Those recommended raises will be put into the pay ordinance to be considered by the full council.
