A national opportunity for youth provided by Major League baseball is coming to Fairbury this weekend.
The Boys & Girls Club of Livingston County presents the MLB Jr. Home Run Derby and Pitch, Hit & Run with the winners receiving a $100 gift cards to Dick’s Sporting Goods. Both events are for those ages 7-14. Registration must be done online. The Jr. Home Run Derby will be Saturday, May 15 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Westview Baseball Fields in Fairbury.
