7 PR's for PC Cross Country

There was plenty of energy at Peoria’s Detweiller Park Saturday in the “First to the Finish Invitational” Cross Country race.

Prairie Central’s Cross Country team had seven PR’s, taking a total of 7 minutes and 18 seconds off of previous records set. The PR’s came for Holden Gerdes, Ethan Carrion, Kasen Casson, Yuri Vilchis, Addisyn Toohill, Kristen Mulvaney and Makiya Baker.

Gerdes came in 17^th out of 689 runners. He continued his winning streak at the recent U-High meet earlier in the week with four wins in a row.

PC Cross Country travels to Dwight Thursday afternoon and Tuscola on Saturday.
