130 Years Ago May 30, 1896 The Fairbury baseball club was reorganized Monday evening. The meeting was called to order by John Moran. Bert Schlaughter was made secretary. Henry Weber was elected president and manager of the club and T. D. Karnes, treasurer. The president and secretary were instructed to see the business men and raise money for the purpose of uniforms.
