3-car wreck results in injuries

State Police responded to a three-vehicle crash with injuries west of Fairbury on U.S. Route 24 Friday morning near Livingston County Road 2000 East.

Authorities say one vehicle rolled over and Life Flight helicopter was requested after the crash occurred around 6:30 a.m.

Police report one of the vehicles involved was a 2014 Ford Focus. The second was a 2010 Chevrolet Colorado and the third vehicle was a 2021 Cadillac CTS.

According to State Police, two of the drivers involved were transported to the hospital with injuries while the third accident victim reported no injuries on the scene.

ISP indicates information is limited surrounding the crash as a report is still being completed.

There was dense early morning fog reported in the area at the time of the crash.
